Calendar availability data (free/busy times only — no event titles or details)
Usage data: pages visited, actions taken within the platform

3. Google Calendar Integration

If you connect your Google Calendar, we request read-only access to your calendar's free/busy information via the Google Calendar API (FreeBusy). We do not read, store, or share your event titles, descriptions, attendees, or any other event details. We only store OAuth tokens necessary to retrieve availability on your behalf.

You can revoke access at any time from within the CRM or from your Google Account permissions.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. Data is only shared with infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) necessary to operate the platform, under strict confidentiality obligations.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. OAuth tokens are stored securely and never exposed to the client.
